Swimming, Empowerment and Creative Carousel

Good Afternoon,

I hope that you enjoyed your Mother's Day Celebrations on Tuesday.

I would like to remind you of the swimming gala that will take place next Wednesday 18th May from 13:00 -14:00. This activity is for students only and we expect all students to participate.

The grade 8 empowerment afternoon will take place next Friday 20th May. It will begin at 11:30 and end at 16:30, please be here to collect your child/children.

The intensive creative carousel is under way and students seem to be settling into and enjoying the subject they chose. I have included some photos here of the ICT crew busy at work.

8E and Life Skills

Good Morning, 

I hope you are enjoying the weekend. 

This week 8E delighted us with an assembly focused on the values resilience, ethical and communication. Thank you 8E. 

This week in life skills the students used organisational skills in order to problem solve. The task involved finding the best route to take when faced with problems along the way. The students had to organise themselves, calculate the possibilities and find a solution as to which way to go. They had to give a reason for their solution. A difficult challenge but the students did brilliantly and found their solutions to the problem. Well done! Now to keep using those organisational skills in our daily lives and continue to develop them further.
