Dear Parents and Class of 2020,
An excellent start to Life Skills with grade 8 students focusing on 'What Defines Me?'. They focused on the 6 most significant core values that define them. Excellent qualities like FRIENDLY, RESPONSIBLE, FUN-LOVING, ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC, LOYAL, HUMOROUS, CREATIVE, ADVENTUROUS and OPTIMISTIC were used to define themselves. Students also discussed the uncontrollable negative outside forces that can interfere and how to maintain true to themselves and their values in these situations.
